Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us, opened or unopened, for a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.
To begin the return process, send us an email at customercare@paragon-supplements.com.
Please include in your email:
- The approximate date on which the purchase was made.
- The name and mailing address to which the order was sent.
- The email address that was entered into the order form when the order was placed.
- The reason for the return.
We will reply to your email with the address to which you may return the product. You will be responsible for packaging of the returned item(s) all return shipping charges.
Your refund will be processed within three (3) business days of the receipt of your returned item. We will notify you by email when the refund is processed.
